Everyone benefits from an equitable, diverse, and inclusive society.

Prioritizing equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is not only a matter of ethical responsibility but also a strategic advantage for organizations. Our EDI experts support global partners to develop strategies tailored to their unique needs, which fosters positive workplace culture, greater innovation, and improved performance, ultimately contributing to long-term success and competitiveness.

Niagara College embraces diversity and social inclusion by articulating and living its values, taking action to promote gender equality, and demonstrating commitment to all interested parties.

Why Niagara College?

Niagara College prioritizes supporting EDI worldwide through projects in several countries. Recently, we have supported the Crafting Women Brewmasters in Bhutan project with the goal of supporting female and young brewers in the country. NC also worked on projects to enhance women’s participation in the workforce in Kenya, and to support gender-sensitive skills training programs in Jamaica.

Through these initiatives, NC supports Canada’s Feminist International Assistance Policy (FIAP) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
