The Teaching and Learning in the 21st Century Program is a hybrid professional development initiative by Niagara College’s Institute for Global Education and Training. It combines 20 hours of online modules with 25 hours of in-person training at the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus, focusing on inclusive classrooms, student-centered learning, engagement strategies, and technology integration. Designed for educators, the program equips participants with modern pedagogical tools and techniques to enhance student success and adapt to evolving educational needs.
